What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect: name, phone, email, postcode, and roof-related details you provide. We do not collect payment information.

How we use it

We share your contact details with the matched roofers so they can quote your job. We use anonymised data to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties for unrelated marketing.

Storage

Lead data is stored in Airtable (encrypted in transit and at rest) and Gmail (for our notifications). Both providers comply with Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@brisbaneroofquotes.com.au.
